## **How automatic reminders work**

From booking to appointment, the system works independently in the background.

**Appointment booked**

As soon as an appointment is entered, the system schedules the reminders automatically.

**Advance reminder**

Your customers receive an email reminder in good time – e.g. 24 hours in advance.

**Text shortly before**

Shortly before the appointment, a text message follows as a final reminder straight to their phone.

**Customer shows up**

Fewer no-shows, more predictable utilisation and happy customers.

## Frequently asked questions about appointment reminders

Yes. You decide freely when emails and text messages are sent – for example 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
